Senior Analyst - Compliance

Randstad is seeking a high-achieving Senior Compliance Analyst with a meticulous eye for detail and a proven track record of excellence. About your new role

As a Senior Analyst, Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director with the performance and management of day-to-day Compliance activities. This multifaceted position balances system administration such as user access and personal trading platforms with the enforcement of internal policies regarding conflicts of interest and incident management. Additionally, you will maintain external oversight by reviewing investment manager attestations to ensure strict adherence to mandates and regulatory requirements.

What you will need to exceed

• An industry-relevant undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Law.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and build effective relationships.
• Proven experience in a Line 2 compliance, governance, or risk role, preferably within financial services.
• A methodical and accurate approach with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while ensuring all deadlines are met.

Must have

• An industry-relevant undergraduate degree in business, commerce, accounting, or law

Desirable

• Experience in working for government
